Mr. Peterson became a Certified Dental Technician in 1986 and a Master of Dental Technology in 1995. He graduated from the Harvard Seminars in Implant Dentistry program in 1988. Mr. Peterson is the recipient of the John Griffin Technician of the Year award in 2007. He has lectured extensively on dental implant technology and is an active member of the Academy of Osseointegration. Currently he is President of NORTHSHORE DENTAL LABORATORIES, INC. in Lynn, MA.

Kevin Collins, - has extensive experience in the dental industry, and is currently serving as the Vice- President of Sales and Marketing for NORTHSHORE DENTAL LABORATORIES, INC. In this position, he is responsible for managing and networking with more than 20 vendors, distributors, and manufacturers. His responsibilities include management of day-to-day operations, sales, distribution, administration, and production. Since working for this company, he has strengthened the management structure by recruiting experienced professionals and fine-tuning accounting operations.

Previously, Mr. Collins worked as a Territory Manager and Sales Consultant for Biomet 3i, where he was ranked as Top Sales Performer out of 175 reps for three consecutive years in a row. He developed clinical relationships to expand territory growth and serviced and managed five university/hospital accounts and 500 private practice accounts.

Mr. Collins obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in biology and completed a minor in business management at SUNY Cortland University, where he was President of the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity. Additionally, he attended the Army School of Health and Science for two years.

Kimberly Hegyes has a degree in business management and has been employed at NORTHSHORE DENTAL LABORATORIES, INC. for over 22 years. Currently employed as Laboratory Supervisor, Kim is expert at identifying implant components necessary to be used for particular cases. She is responsible for tracking cases through the laboratory and checking that doctors’ prescriptions and preferences are followed. Kim tracks the cases, which must be expedited and communicates with customers in detail about their cases. Her other responsibilities include assisting in daily operations, purchasing, implant component inventory and administrative/executive assistant.
